Geothermal heating GH3
Responsible progress - Green Hall 3 will use geothermal energy for heating, which meets 100 percent of the building's thermal energy demand.
Geothermal heating is recognized as the most environmentally-friendly way of heating. It has virtually no effect to the environment and minimizes the amount of CO2 gas emitted into the atmosphere. The heating quality coefficient of the next generation geothermal pumps used by Green Hall 3 will reach 98 percent. For comparison, the coefficient of the most efficient gas boilers is 97 percent.
Silent ventilation GH3
The air will be distributed evenly, without drafts, and the system's operating noise level would not exceed 35 decibels – the sound of whispering.
The business centre will have a modern microclimate control system which ensures that the indoor air is always fresh. The minimum amount of carbon dioxide improves the well-being and performance of employees. The system regulates moisture content and instantly removes unpleasant odours. During the warm season, an active chilled beam technology is used for ventilation, ensuring energy efficiency and the comfort of people working in the building. The ventilation system is decentralized and controlled separately on each floor. Therefore, tenants can control the microclimate of their own premises.
Natural light GH3
Natural light increases employee productivity and improves emotional indicators by up to 20 percent, as well as reduces absenteeism rate by 40 percent.
Green Hall 3 - open to nature and the sun. Because we can do more by working together with it. Green Hall 3 is designed so that each workplace is illuminated with high quality natural light. The even distribution of light during the day is ensured by an automatic facade blind control system which moves together with the sun.

Creativity does not like consistency, therefore Green Hall 3 business centre has comfortable work zones enabling employees to work individually or with their colleagues. There are also cosy recreational islands for those who want to rest. During the warm season, those who want to change their office environment may do so in the green square installed near the business centre, as well as a special recreational space along Neris quay, where employees can work and enjoy the panorama of Neris river loop. Work productivity is ensured by high-speed wireless internet which covers the outdoor zones.

Green Hall 3 business centre achieves its efficiency by preserving nature and taking what is best from it. An architectural solution and particularly transparent glass ensure more natural light. The building uses geothermal heating that provides as much as 80 percent of energy necessary for heating and leaves minimal traces of CO2. Those who use electric cars will be able to rapidly charge them in the parking lots of the business centre, and those who travel to work on bicycles can use showers and changing rooms. Ecology lies even in the smallest details of the Green Hall 3 construction.
